Aval In JSC is the first company approved by the BSE as Advisor on BEAM market
The Bulgarian Stock Exchange approved Aval In as the first advisor for the BEAM (SME Market). With the Status of Advisor, we will have the opportunity to consult and assist small and medium-sized companies in their process of listing on the BEAM and in their life as traded companies afterward.
Ivan Takev, CEO of BSE, made the following statement:
“We welcome Aval In as an advisor, and we are convinced that their expertise will be really useful to companies interested in our new BEAM market. We are and will be very demanding in choosing our advisory companies, as we play an important role in the BEAM market as a source of funding for the growth of dynamic and ambitious Bulgarian SMEs.
The Special Advisers are actively involved in preparing the necessary documents for admission to the BEAM market so that companies comply with market rules and applicable legislation. Active interaction between advisors and companies continues after consultation with disclosure and financial reporting obligations. Any company that wants to raise capital on the BEAM market needs to sign a contract with an advisor approved by the BSE for at least two years. Advisors have serious requirements regarding their competence and experience in financial market operations.
