AVAL IN AD informs its customers about the need to update data

Current legislation in the country requires all financial institutions (including investment intermediaries) in Bulgaria to maintain up-to-date information about their clients.
In connection with this and in addition to the obligations of customers to notify IP Aval In AD of the occurrence of any change in the data, information and documents provided by them, we periodically conduct campaigns with which we inform our customers when necessary to update their details.
We rely on your attention and timely assistance in providing the necessary information, as the current law provides for the termination of relationships with clients for whom the IP cannot perform a periodic update.
