The number of transactions on the regulated market for the past year has decreased by 19% YoY to 44,167. The 2019 turnover has decreased by 39% YoY to BGN 333,573,998.
Despite the reported decline in certain indicators, there is a positive trend for the capital raised through the Exchange, and in 2019 the companies raised financing of BGN 329,798,641 which is more than twice as much as in the previous year.

Investor.bg and Infostock.bg were awarded as the media with the greatest contribution to the promotion of the capital market in 2019.
