We would like to inform you that the Financial Supervision Commission has authorized the publication of the tender offer of Industrial Development Holding AD to the other shareholders of Alteron REIT for the purchase of their shares through an authorized investment intermediary AvalIn AD.
Requests for acceptance / withdrawal of the tender offer are submitted from 19.05.2015. until 15.06.2015. incl. in the Aval YIn Investment Intermediary or another selected investment intermediary.
