In connection with a post on the post for public offering on Art. 92a of ZPPCK in two central daily newspapers – “Trud” newspaper and “Press” newspaper from 11.03.2014. and its announcement in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency on 13.03.2014. we hereby notify you of the following:

– Starting date for the subscription of the shares: 21.03.2014;
– End date for subscription of shares of the increase: 04.04.2014;
– Number of new shares: 3,000,000 (three million);
– Issuing value per share: 3.00 BGN;
– Every person can subscribe at least 10 (ten) shares.
