Beginning of the public offering of an issue of shares of InterSky AD
In connection with a decision of the Board of Directors dated 04.07.2013. and publications in the Commercial Register dated 01.10.2013, Press release dated 03.10.2013, Standard newspaper dated 03.10.2013, the website of the authorized investment intermediary Aval Inn AD dated 03.10.2013. and the web site of the Issuer Intercass JSC (http://intersky.bg/) dated 03.10.2013. on an increase in the capital of InterSky AD from BGN 8,370,000 to BGN 11,370,000 by issuing 3,000,000 ordinary dematerialized voting shares with a par value of BGN 1 and an issue value of BGN 1.00, , that today, October 03, 2013 (Thursday) is considered the beginning of the public offering.The timetable for the procedure will be announced on the website of BSE-Sofia AD, and the approved prospectus and the announcement under Article 92a of POSA can be downloaded from Documents section
