Start of the public offering – Roy Property Fund REIT
In conjunction with a decision of the Board of Directors dated 20.06.2016. and publications in the Commercial Register dated 20.09.2016, in the Telegraph newspaper from 19.09.2016, Segata from 19.09.2016, the website of the authorized investment intermediary Aval Inn AD from 20.09.2016. and the website of the issuer “Roy Property Fund” REIT (http://roi-property-fund.com) dated 20.09.2016. on the increase of the capital of Roy Properties Fund REIT from 616,250 ordinary registered dematerialized shares each entitled to one vote and a nominal value of BGN 1 to BGN 6,162,500, by issuing new 5,546,250 ordinary, nominal , dematerialized voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 (one) and issue value of BGN 3.00 (three) each, we hereby inform you that 20.09.2016. (Tuesday) is considered to be the beginning of the public offering. The schedule for the procedure will be announced on the website of BSE-Sofia AD, and the approved prospectus and the announcement under Art. 92a of POSA can be downloaded from Sections Documents.
