Aval In AD received information that CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD-Sofia (CEZD) convenes an extraordinary GMS on April 18, 2022 at 10:00 am in Sofia, 159 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., BenchMark Business Center, Blue Hall, at the following agenda:
– Making a decision to change the name of the company. Draft decision: GMS adopts a decision to change the company’s name from CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD to Electricity Distribution Networks West AD;
– Making a decision to change the company’s logo;
– Changes in the Articles of Association of the company.
– In the absence of a quorum, the meeting will be held on 03.05.2022 from 10.00 am at the same place and with the same agenda.
The right to vote in the GMS is exercised by the persons registered as such with the right to vote in the central register of securities 14 days before the date of the GMS, or as of 04.04.2022.
The last date for concluding transactions with shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the acquirer will be able to exercise the right to vote in the GMS, is March 31, 2022.
