INVITATION under Art. 89, para. 4 of the LPC “PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUB CSKA” AD with UIC 130212106, with headquarters and address of management: Republic of Bulgaria, town of Sofia, 3, Dragan Tsankov Str., In connection with art. 89, para 3 and para 4 of The Public Offering of Securities Act (POSA) shall notify the persons who have acquired shares of the temporary issue of PFC CSKA AD for the terms and procedure for the return of the sums raised: In accordance with Art.58 of the Rules and Regulations of the Central Depository AD, it will prepare and send lists to all investment intermediaries through which shares are purchased the temporary issue, with details of the customers who bought them and the amounts to be reimbursed. All shareholders of the temporary issue of CSKA will receive the value of the shares they have purchased from the investment intermediaries through which they acquired them, upon presentation of an identity document and in accordance with the internal rules and procedures of each investment intermediary. The initial deadline for repayment is 02.06.2014. There is no deadline for refunding the funds – in case of non-receipt, they are stored in a client’s account with the intermediary and there is no limitation period for their receipt. “PFC CSKA” AD
