Confirmed Prospectus bonds – Roy Property Fund REIT — _en
At its meeting on 07.12.2016, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) decided to confirm the prospectus for admission to trading on a regulated market of a corporate bonds issue issued by Roy Properties Fund REIT in Sofia and entered the mentioned issue of bonds in the register under Art. 30, para. 1, item 3 of FSCA, kept by FSC, for trading on a regulated market.
