Change in the General Terms
Dear clients,
We hereby notify you that there is a change in the General Terms and Conditions applied by the Aval IN AD. The amendments and supplements were adopted by the Board of Directors on 30.07.2018. and shall enter into force with effect from 01.09.2018.
The General Conditions are available at the office of IP Aval IN AD:
Sofia, 73, Todor Aleksandrov Blvd., floor 1,
as well as in the “Documents” section of the investment intermediary’s website.
We would like to point out that, in disagreement with the amendments to the General Terms and / or the Tariff, the Customer has the right to terminate the Contract without notice prior to the date of entry into force of the General Conditions and / or Tariff, without being responsible for any damages and expenses, with the exception of the expenses related to the assets owned by him, and the investment intermediary shall settle its relations with the client within seven days of receipt of the termination statement.
In the event that, within the one month period in which the General Terms and / or the Tariff were published on the site of Aval In AD, the client did not terminate his contract with the investment intermediary and did not expressly expressly disagree with the changes in the General Terms and Conditions; / or the tariff of the IP, it is considered that the client accepts them.
