Notice for the successful completion of a subscription – Roy Property Fund REIT
On 04.11.2016. the subscription for public offering of shares from the capital increase of Roy Properties Fund REIT held pursuant to a resolution of the BD dated 20.06.2016. for capital increase and on the basis of the Prospectus for Public Offering of Shares, confirmed by the Financial Supervision Commission by Decision No 644-E of 10.09.2016. ends successfully. All 5,546,250 (five million five hundred and forty-six thousand two hundred and fifty) ordinary registered dematerialized voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1 and an issue value of BGN 3 each have been subscribed and paid. The amount received against the subscribed shares in the special escrow account of the company amounts to 16,638,750 (sixteen million six hundred thirty-eight thousand seven hundred and fifty) levs.
The total amount of the commissions and other expenses related to the public offering of shares from the capital increase of the Company is BGN 26300, including the FSC fee.
No difficulties, disputes, and the like in dealing with rights and subscription of shares were found in the subscription.
