Tender offer for ROY PROPERTY FUND REIT
The Financial Supervision Commission authorized the publication of the tender offer of JSC CONSULT EOOD – Burgas to the other shareholders of ROY PROPERTY FUND REIT – Sofia for the purchase of their shares at a price of BGN 0.63 per share through an authorized investment intermediary Aval In .
The tender offer of JSC CONSULT EOOD and the Opinion of the Board of Directors of ROY PROPERTY FUND REIT will be published in Novinar newspaper and telegraph on 24.09.2014.
Requests for acceptance / withdrawal of the tender offer will be accepted from 25.09.2014. until 22.10.2014. incl. in the Aval YIn Investment Intermediary or another selected investment intermediary.
