NOTIFICATION
On 22.10.2014. the expiry of the deadline for the acceptance of the offer of the purchase of shares by ROI PROPERTY FUND REIT – Sofia through the authorized investment intermediary “Aval In” JSC, issued by “CONSULT LTD” – Bourgas. – The tender offer was accepted by 1 / one / shareholder – legal person. – Total number of shares on the valid applications for acceptance of the tender offer – 54 305 pcs. shares. – Total value of the shares on the valid applications submitted for acceptance of the tender offer – BGN 34 212.15 – Number of refusals from accepting the tender offer – none. The total number of shares acquired by “CONSULT” Ltd. as a result of the conducted under Art. 149, para 6 in relation to para 1, item 1 of POSA, a tender offer is 54 305 shares, representing 8.81% of the capital and the votes in the General Meeting of “PROPERTY FUND” REIT.
