NOTIFICATION to the purchasers of shares of PFC CSKA
The investment intermediary Aval In Jsc notifies its clients who have purchased shares from the initial public offering of shares of Professional Football Club CSKA AD for the terms and procedure for receiving the amounts paid by them: payment of the amounts is 02.06.2014. There is no deadline for refunding the funds – in case of non-receipt, they will be stored in a client’s account with Aval Inn. There is no limitation period for their receipt and no fees will be charged for the storage of the funds. The amounts to be returned are the value of the shares purchased without the commissions paid. The receipt of the sums will be made personally at the office of Aval Inn AD – Sofia, 73, Todor Aleksandrov Blvd., 1st floor, every working day from 9.30 am to 4 pm on presenting an ID card. No fees will be paid for refunds.
